1. Data we collect

When you use the generator, we process the one or three adult portraits you upload, your selected duration and format, generated scenes and videos, job identifiers, the version and time of your upload consent confirmation, and any support messages you send us. If you create an account, we process your name, email address, login details or third-party sign-in information needed to identify you. We also receive basic device and browser information, IP address or a derived abuse-prevention identifier, page visits, feature events, and error logs.

For purchases, we receive order identifiers, amount, currency, and payment status from Waffo Pancake. Full card numbers and card security codes are entered with Waffo Pancake and are not stored on our servers.

2. Why we use it

We use this data to provide the video you request, maintain account and guest access, record your upload confirmation, confirm purchases, handle support and refunds, detect abuse, secure the service, measure site performance, and comply with legal obligations. Provider safety screening evaluates generation inputs and outputs; the operator reviews reported content and related task records. Safety checks do not verify anyone's legal identity, age, consent or ownership. Support and report correspondence may include content links, task identifiers, evidence, decisions and appeal records. Processing needed to deliver a requested service or purchase is based on our agreement with you; security and product improvement rely on legitimate interests where permitted; legal record keeping follows applicable law.

3. Cookies and analytics

For a new guest checkout, photos stay in this browser until payment is confirmed. Signed-in generations reserve account credits before upload. Before leaving for checkout, we save your uploaded reference photos and selected video options in this browser for up to 24 hours so they can be restored when you return. These local drafts are removed after successful generation or discarded when expired on a later visit. Clearing website data removes the draft. A necessary browser cookie may keep a guest video linked to the same browser for up to 30 days. Authentication cookies maintain signed-in sessions. Google Analytics 4 and Plausible Analytics are not currently configured on this site. Cloudflare processes hosting, network and security logs. If optional analytics is introduced, this policy and any consent controls required for your region will be updated before activation.

4. Providers and sharing

We share data only as needed to run the service. Cloudflare hosts and protects the website; our database and media storage providers store service records and media; fal.ai provides Google Nano Banana 2 character reference preparation, audio assembly and media handling; Kie or fal.ai provides Alibaba Wan 3.0 video generation, according to the task configuration; those services process the supplied images, video and audio references and prompts, subject to their applicable processing terms; Waffo Pancake handles checkout and payment information; Google provides Analytics and, if used, sign-in; our email provider delivers account and support messages. We may also disclose data when law requires it or with your consent. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Storage, transfers, and security

Service providers may process data outside your country, including where their infrastructure operates. We use HTTPS for transfers and restrict access to service data. No security measure is perfect. If we become aware of an incident affecting your data, we will notify affected users and authorities when applicable law requires it.

Our launch retention rule is 1 day for original uploaded photos, measured from upload, and 3 days for completed videos in My Creations, measured from completion. Download and save your video within that period. These periods do not guarantee retention by third-party AI providers or deletion from their backups. Public generation remains paused until our storage lifecycle and expiry controls are configured and verified; scheduled server-side deletion is not yet operational on this site.

International processing may involve countries outside your residence. Where required, transfers must use an applicable legal safeguard such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. We have not yet verified all provider agreements or processing locations for the planned generation service. We do not claim a completed transfer assessment. Material policy changes will be announced on this site before they take effect where required by law.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may ask to access, correct, export, delete, or limit the use of your personal data, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Email lanmeiop@163.com with enough detail to locate your account or job. We may verify your identity before acting and will respond within the period required by applicable law. You may also complain to a relevant data protection authority.

Privacy requests should be sent to the contact email with your account or task identifier. We aim to respond within 30 calendar days, subject to lawful extensions and identity checks. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. We do not send marketing campaigns at present; essential account, purchase and security messages are separate from marketing.

7. Children and policy changes

This service is intended for adults aged 18 or older, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal data. We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the new effective date here and give notice of material changes through the site or an account email.
